Advance Notice for Outpatient Consultations and Appointments
If any of the following applies to you, please refrain from seeing a doctor.
<Please confirm the following>
- The patient or accompanying family member has symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, abnormal taste or sense of smell, diarrhea or vomiting on the day of the visit.
- The patient himself/herself has been infected with the novel coronavirus and has been asymptomatic for at least 24 hours and has not reached day 8 with day 0 being the day of onset.
- The escort or a family member living with the patient has been diagnosed with or has been undergoing treatment for a COVID-19 within the past 7 days.
※Please be sure to wear a non-woven mask when visiting the outpatient consultations.
