Recruiting and Training
The NCCHD recognizes the development of human resources as an important part of its mission to advance child health. We seek to be a leader in postgraduate education in the fields of child health and development, and constantly refine our curriculum to reflect new developments, cultivate talent in healthcare providers and nurture highly specialized professionals.
Only those who have passed the Japanese national medical examination are allowed to practice medicine in Japan. However, the NCCHD accepts applications from students visiting on electives, mentors trainees who may not have the aforementioned license, and trains them through demonstrations and lectures.
Practical training of students

The NCCHD offers training and education to physicians, nurses and allied health professionals. Seminars and workshops given by globally renowned lecturers are conducted in our research institute and clinical research center, particularly in the Department of Education for Clinical Research, to develop the clinical research and writing skills of residents and fellows.Only those who have passed the Japanese national medical examination are allowed to practice medicine in Japan.
