国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センターは、令和6年に女性の健康ナショナルセンター（仮称）を新設することになりました。つきましては、女性の健康および環境の課題を俯瞰し、AIや深層学習などの最新技術を活用して基礎・臨床研究を推進できる方を募集します。主体的に課題設定や研究計画を立案し、本分野のパイオニアとして先進的な成果を創出する能力が求められます。

The National Center for Child Health and Development (NCCHD) will establish the Women's Health National Center (tentative name) in 2024. We are seeking a visionary leader who can utilize AI and deep learning technologies to drive both basic and clinical research, addressing challenges in women's health and the surrounding environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently setting research agendas, planning studies, and pioneering innovative research to achieve advanced results in this field. We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds who are highly motivated to contribute to innovative approaches in solving women's health issues.

職務内容 Duties	先端医用工学室室長は、女性の健康課題解決に向けた医用工学学的研究をリードし、研究室の運営、資金調達、チームの管理、国内外の連携強化、研究成果の実用化を推進する重要な役割を担い、以下を実施する。・女性の健康課題解決に資する研究開発テーマの選定・ AI、深層学習、機械学習を活用した戦略的研究計画の立案と実行、研究成果の進捗管理と評価・最新の技術と方法論を取り入れたイノベーティブな研究手法の導入・若手研究者や大学院生の指導と教育・チーム内のコミュニケーションと協力の促進・国内外の研究機関、医療機関、製薬企業との共同研究およびアライアンスの構築・学会や研究会への参加および研究成果の発表・国際的な研究ネットワークの構築と活用・研究成果の情報発信と普及・研究成果の実用化および技術移転の推進および特許出願や技術ライセンスの取得・女性の健康ナショナルセンター（仮称）の研究部門の基盤構築への貢献 Responsibilities: The Chief of the Division of Advanced Medical Engineering will lead biomedical engineering research focused on solving women's health issues. The Chief will oversee lab operations, secure funding, manage the team, strengthen domestic and international collaborations, and promote the practical application of research findings. Specific duties include: • Selecting research and development themes that address women's health issues. • Planning and executing strategic research projects using AI, deep learning, and machine learning, and managing and evaluating research progress. • Introducing innovative research methods that incorporate the latest technologies and methodologies. • Mentoring and educating young researchers and graduate students. • Promoting communication and collaboration within the team. •Building partnerships and alliances with domestic and international research institutions, medical institutions, and pharmaceutical companies. •Participating in and presenting research findings at academic conferences and research meetings. • Establishing and leveraging international research networks. • Disseminating and promoting research findings. •Promoting the practical application and technology transfer of research results, including patent applications and obtaining technology licenses. • Contributing to the foundational development of the research division of the Women's Health National Center (tentative name).
応募資格 Requirements	次の条件に当てはまる者・工学、医用工学、バイオメディカルエンジニアリング、コンピュータサイエンス、AI、または関連分野での博士号を取得していること・ AIおよび深層学習技術の専門知識を持ち、医療データ解析、画像処理、機械学習アルゴリズムの設計・実装などに関する深い知識を有すること・医用工学分野における研究経験と、関連する学術論文の執筆・発表実績があること・今後も上記に関する学術的エビデンスを作成するとともに、本分野を牽引していく意欲・関心・能力があること・研究倫理およびデータプライバシーに関する深い理解と実践経験があること・若手研究者の育成に意欲と関心があること・充分なリーダーシップスキル、マネジメントスキル、およびコミュニケーションスキルがあり、新設される女性の健康ナショナルセンター（仮称）の発展に意欲をもって貢献していただけること Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following criteria: ・Possess a Ph.D. in engineering, biomedical engineering, computer science, AI, or related fields. ・Have expertise in AI and deep learning technologies, with deep knowledge of medical data analysis, image processing, and the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms. ・Demonstrate research experience in the field of biomedical engineering, with a record of academic publications and presentations. ・Show a commitment to continuing to produce scholarly evidence and leading the field in the relevant areas. ・Have a deep understanding and practical experience in research ethics and data privacy. ・Show enthusiasm and interest in mentoring young researchers. ・Possess excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, and a strong commitment to contributing to the development of the newly established Women's Health National Center (tentative name).
