国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センターは、令和6年に女性の健康ナショナルセンター（仮）の研究部門を新設することになりました。つきましては、当該分野において、女性の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題を俯瞰する見識を持ちながら、社会情勢や関連する研究動向を分析し主体的に課題設定および研究の計画立案・実施を行い、本分野のパイオニアとして研究を推進し先進的な成果を創出できる方で、なおかつ、当該分野の若手研究者を育成することに、意欲を持ち活躍いただける方を求めています。

The National Center for Child Health and Development has decided to establish a research branch for the National Center for Women's Health (tentative name) in the 6th year of Reiwa. Therefore, we are seeking individuals who have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges in women's health and the surrounding environment, analyze social conditions and related research trends, actively set research agendas, plan and implement research, and can promote research as pioneers in this field, generating innovative results. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are eager to nurture young researchers in the field and can actively contribute to their development.

職務内容 Duties	女性やその家族の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題に関連する研究を行う部門を率いて、質の高いエビデンスを生成する医学的研究を遂行し、以下を実施する。・国内外の動向から優先的に行われるべき研究課題を抽出すること・医療や健康にかかわるビッグデータを用いて、女性の健康および性差に関する研究（罹患率や臨床像に性差のある疾患、および生理的・生物学的機序の解明が男性または女性で遅れている疾患、等についての研究を含む）を実施し、性別により異なる健康課題の原因を追究すること・ジェンダード・イノベーションの観点から、上記の健康課題の解決策を提案し、関連部署と連携しながら社会実装につなげること・国内外の女性の健康の課題把握・課題解決に資するビッグデータについて把握し、その利活用体制の構築・推進を関連部署とともに行うこと・女性の健康ナショナルセンターの研究部門の基盤構築に貢献していくこと Responsibilities: Lead a department that conducts research related to issues of women's and their families' health and environmental issues surrounding women to carry out medical research that generates high quality evidence, as well as conduct the following: Identify research questions that should be prioritized based on national and international trends. Conduct research on women's health and gender differences (including research on diseases with gender differences in incidence and clinical presentation, and diseases whose physiological and biological mechanisms are poorly understood in men and women) using big data related to medicine and health, as well as investigate the causes of health issues that differ by gender. Propose solutions to the above health issues from the perspective of gender innovation and link them to social implementation in collaboration with related departments. Identify big data that contributes to understanding and solving women's health issues in Japan and abroad, and to build and promote a system for its utilization in cooperation with related departments. 応募資格 Requirements	次の条件に当てはまる者１．博士号を有すること。（データサイエンス、疫学・統計学、あるいは、女性の健康およびその周辺分野が望ましい）２．健康に関するビッグデータ解析を実施できる十分な疫学・統計知識があること。（公衆衛生学修士を取得している、あるいは同等の疫学統計の知識・経験があることが望ましい）３．女性の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題に関連した著作物や論文があること（特に健康に関するビッグデータ解析に関連する成果物があることが望ましい）上記に関連する研究業績（論文執筆および研究費獲得を含む）を有すること。また、今後も上記に関する学術的エビデンスを作成するとともに、本分野を牽引していく意欲・関心・能力があること。４．女性の健康のビッグデータ研究に従事する若手研究者の育成に意欲と関心があること５．充分なリーダーシップスキル、マネジメントスキル、およびコミュンケーションスキルがあり、新設された女性の健康ナショナルセンターの発展に意欲をもって貢献していただけること以下のいずれかあるいは複数の実績があることがより望ましい・リアルワールドデータ（医療情報・ゲノム情報・ログデータなど）のビッグデータを研究に用いた経験。・上記データの取得・構築・管理を行ったことがある経験。・ベイズ統計・機械学習・シミュレーションなどの数理的な手法を研究に用いた経験。・保健医療等、女性の健康およびその周辺分野における現場経験。 Qualifications: Individuals who meet the following criteria: Possession of a doctoral degree (preferably in data science, epidemiology and statistics, or fields related to women's health and its surrounding areas) Sufficient epidemiological and statistical knowledge to conduct big data analysis related to health (holding a master's degree in public health or having equivalent knowledge and experience in epidemiological statistics is desirable) Having publications or papers related to challenges in women's health and the surrounding environment (particularly desirable are outputs related to Health big data analysis). Possessing research achievements related to the above (including paper writing and acquisition of research funds). Also, having the motivation, interest, and ability to create academic evidence related to the above and to lead this field. Having enthusiasm and interest in nurturing young researchers engaged in big data research on women's health Possessing sufficient leadership skills, management skills, and communication skills, and demonstrating enthusiasm for contributing to the development of the newly established Women's Health National Center. It is more desirable to have one or more of the following achievements: Experience using real-world data (medical information, genomic information, log data, etc.) for research. Experience in acquiring, building, and managing the aforementioned data. Experience using mathematical methods such as Bayesian statistics, machine learning, and simulation, in research. Practical experience in health care, women's health, and related fields.
