国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センターは、令和6年に女性の健康ナショナルセンター（仮）の研究部門を新設することになりました。つきましては、当該分野において、女性の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題を俯瞰する見識を持ちながら、社会情勢や関連する研究動向を分析し主体的に課題設定および研究の計画立案・実施を行い、本分野のパイオニアとして研究を推進し先進的な成果を創出できる方で、なおかつ、当該分野の若手研究者を育成することに、意欲を持ち活躍いただける方を求めています。

The National Center for Child Health and Development has decided to establish a research branch for the National Center for Women's Health (tentative name) in the 6th year of Reiwa. Therefore, we are seeking individuals who have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges in women's health and the surrounding environment, analyze social conditions and related research trends, actively set research agendas, plan and implement research, and can promote research as pioneers in this field, generating innovative results. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are eager to nurture young researchers in the field and can actively contribute to their development.

職務内容 Duties	女性やその家族の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題に関連する研究を行う部門を率いて、質の高いエビデンスを生成する医学的研究を遂行し、以下を実施する。・国内外の動向から優先的に行われるべき研究課題を抽出すること・政策の立案および評価に資する学術的研究を行うこと・エビデンスに基づく政策づくりが行なわれるよう各関係省庁との連携を行うこと・国内外の女性の健康に関連する政策情報を把握し、その利活用体制の構築・推進を関連部署と行うこと・関連部署と連携しながら社会実装につなげること・女性の健康ナショナルセンターの研究部門の基盤構築に貢献していくこと Leading a department conducting research related to challenges in women's health, the health of their families, and the surrounding environment, conducting high-quality medical research to generate evidence, and implementing the following: Identifying research topics that should be prioritized based on domestic and international trends Conducting academic research to contribute to the formulation and evaluation of policies Collaborating with relevant government ministries and agencies to ensure evidence-based policy-making Understanding policy information related to women's health domestically and internationally, and building and promoting a system for its utilization in collaboration with relevant departments Connecting with relevant departments to facilitate social implementation Contributing to the establishment of the foundation of the National Center for Women's Health research branch
応募資格 Requirements	応募資格次の条件に当てはまる者１．博士号を有すること。（政策科学、公衆衛生学、あるいは女性の健康およびその周辺分野が望ましい）２．医療政策もしくは疫学研究の教育を受けていること（公衆衛生学修士を取得している、あるいは同等の公衆衛生学・疫学統計の知識・経験があることが望ましい）３．女性の健康および女性を取り巻く環境の課題に関連した著作物や論文があること（特に医療政策や国・自治体の事業に関連する成果物があることが望ましい）上記に関連する研究業績（論文執筆および研究費獲得を含む）を有すること。また、今後も上記に関する学術的エビデンスを作成するとともに、本分野を牽引していく意欲・関心・能力があること。４．女性の健康の政策研究に従事する若手研究者の育成に意欲と関心があること５．充分なリーダーシップスキル、マネジメントスキル、およびコミュンケーションスキルがあり、新設された女性の健康ナショナルセンターの発展に意欲をもって貢献していただけること。以下のいずれかあるいは複数の実績があることがより望ましい・行政における勤務経験や行政事業への参画・連携の経験など、官庁や行政における政策決定のプロセス・EBPMの推進に関する見識。・保健医療等、女性の健康およびその周辺分野における現場経験。産官学あるいは自治体との共同研究の経験。 Individuals who meet the following criteria: Possession of a doctoral degree (preferably in policy science, public health, or fields related to women's health and its surrounding areas) Education in healthcare policy or epidemiological research (preferably holding a master's degree in public health or equivalent knowledge and experience in public health and epidemiological statistics) Having publications or papers related to the challenges of women's health and the surrounding environment (especially desirable are outputs related to healthcare policy and projects of national or local governments). Having research achievements related to the above (including paper writing and acquisition of research funds). Also, having the motivation, interest, and ability to continue creating academic evidence related to the above and leading this field. Having enthusiasm and interest in nurturing young researchers engaged in policy research on women's health Possessing sufficient leadership skills, management skills, and communication skills, and demonstrating enthusiasm for contributing to the development of the newly established Women's Health National Center. It is desirable to have one or more of the following achievements: Experience working in administration or participating in and collaborating on administrative projects, insights into the process of policy decision-making in government agencies and administrations, and promotion of Evidence-Based Policy Making (EBPM). Practical experience in health care, women's health, and related fields. Experience in collaborative research with industry, academia, or local governments.
